07 Sep CAVA WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Chocolate lovers, We already have it here! The STAR recipe of Mario Sandoval. Easy, fast and exquisite!
The ingredients that we are going to need are:
- 500g of White chocolate
- 5 dl of liquid cream
- 125g of plain yogurt
- 1 dl de Cava Marquès Rigol
- Dark chocolate shavings
We proceed to repair by following these steps:
- Heat the liquid cream.
- When it starts to boil, add the white chocolate and melt it.
- In another container, we put to slightly reduce the cava.
- We incorporate the yogurt and the cava in the melted chocolate. We bring everything to a boil without stopping stirring.
- Let the mixture cool and beat again to take volume.
- By last, we serve it and decorate with dark chocolate shavings on top.
